Housing

Construct helps people rebuild their lives. In times of crisis, our programs provide the basics—food, transitional housing, emergency funds, rental assistance, and microloans. We also offer several affordable housing options and support services so that families and individuals can successfully transition to leading self-sufficient lives. Through our housing development ventures, we rehabilitate existing neglected buildings, construct new housing, and offer technical assistance to create more affordable options for our community.

In everything we do, we aim to strengthen and diversify communities, stabilize lives, and empower individuals to build better futures.

We offer transitional housing for homeless individuals, and permanent affordable housing options to individuals and families in need. To date, we have purchased, rehabilitated and/or built 90 properties in Lee, Great Barrington and Stockbridge—and we find suitable housing to meet the needs of our citizens.

Construct assists income eligible people, including essential workers and those whose incomes were affected by Covid-19, secure affordable housing.
