    Application for Funding for Accessory Dwelling Unit (Pilot Program)

    The Great Barrington Affordable Housing Trust Fund has subcontracted income eligibility verification to
    Construct as the third-party organization acting as program administrator. All funding for the loans will
    come directly from the Great Barrington Affordable Housing Trust Fund for the Accessory Dwelling Unit
    (Pilot Program). Details of eligibility will not be shared with the public.
