Who Do We Serve?
The Berkshire’s homeless, and those at-risk of becoming so, are a growing number. Construct’s ever-expanding waitlist includes people you wouldn’t expect:

Yes, In Our Backyard
A “small but mighty” non-profit founded in 1969, Construct is composed of a staff of twelve who work to serve over six hundred families annually in southern Berkshire County. Currently, we have over ninety permanent housing units, a transitional housing program for individuals coming out of homelessness, and the county’s first co-living workforce housing option that shelters local workers in need of temporary housing in a converted, fully furnished inn. In addition to providing these affordable housing options, Construct has established several funds for rental assistance, utility assistance, transportation services for our transitional housing population, and temporary emergency shelter services.
